SERVICES KSA., Ltd. PROVIDES:
- Assist public safety agencies, including Human Resources, to Police, Fire and Corrections) in identifying the appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) through a job analysis for each position within the organization and in developing a matrix to link recruiting, performance evaluations, training and promotional exams to the overall goals of the organization.
- Assist agencies and HR departments, in the early identification of potential leaders within their organizations through psychometric testing and the use of assessment centers.
- Assist agencies and HR departments, in developing career paths complete with job rotations and special assignments for leadership candidates to further utilize their existing competencies (strengths) and develop the areas that need improvement (weaknesses) for the purpose of growing their own leaders through succession management.
- Provide ongoing professional development to candidates in situational supervision, subordinate counseling, public speaking, writing, team building, adult-learning theory, coaching, servant leadership and ethics.
- Assist agencies in creating and improving a coaching and mentoring program linked to professional development and career paths.
