William Becker created the First Time Document Company to assist other law enforcement personnel in gathering the necessary information to investigate common documents ‚Ķand to do it quickly.  

Document training is critical for many law enforcement functions.  One example is when a criminal provides false identification to an officer.  The outcome from this incident is often either the criminal being released or arrested under a false name.  This scenario is evidenced by jail audits where our specialists have found prisoners in custody under fraudulent name(s) despite an agency‚Äôs identification system.
